Each 8U-13U player will have two Devils practice sessions a week.  One “age-level” practice at the Bo Dome and one “team” practice at Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Sports Performance Center (WBRSPC). 

“Age-level” practices will have three professional trainers leading the practice.  Volunteer coaches will also assist to make sure we are maximizing our time/space for the necessary instruction and reps.  These practices will be approximately two hours.

“Team” practices will be led by two professional trainers.  Volunteer coaches will also assist.  These practices will be approximately 90 minutes.  

Bo Jackson Dome Bensenville is located at 1000 Commerce Ct, Bensenville, IL 60106.  It is located directly behind the Holiday Inn Express, 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville.

January 3, 2024 to January 22, 2024: Training Camp - One "Age" Level practice a week at the Bo Dome or Quarry.  We will use these three weeks to perform our "Training Camp" to help us formulate teams.  TEAMS WILL BE FINALIZED AFTER EACH LEVEL HAS THREE PRACTICES AT THE BO DOME or QUARRY. 

Individual lessons will still be available at the Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Sports Performance Center.

January 23, 2024 to March 24, 2024: Two Practices a Week -  Two practices a week.  One at the Bo Dome/Quarry for the entire age group.  The other practice for each specific team at the Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Sports Performance Center.  Individual lessons will also still be available at Willowbrook-Burr Ridge Sports Performance
